Dr. Martinez earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Facultad de Odontología at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Beyond his clinical training, Dr. Martinez has also played an active role in the professional dental community. In the early 1990s, he helped establish the College of Doctors of Dental Surgery in Los Algodones, Baja California, and served as its founding president.
